The SmithShaper 3R-BAR is a Muscle Relief-Rolling-Resistance Band Bar that enables 20 upper body exercises. This 33-inch Resistance Band Bar has a rotating center pad grip, two padded end-grips, and two end-connectors with triangle carabiner attachments. The 3R-BAR is also perfect for removing post-workout lactic acid build-up from sore muscles because it also acts as a sore muscle relief padded massage roller. SmithShaper is known for compact and versatile exercise equipment that can be used anywhere at any time — the 3R-BAR can quickly be reduced to a 16-inch length for portability.

The 3R-BAR package includes one-year of free access to the robust and easily customizable SQUATX Exercise App containing all 3R-BAR exercises.
